Congratulations to our Warriors, who successfully completed their Autumn/Winter term on Friday!

Our Bushido Warriors classes are especially designed for our youngest members, who range from 5 to 7 years old. This term we’ve not only taught the basics of kicking, punching and blocking but we’ve spent more time on learning katas.

A kata is a longer sequence of movements and our Warriors have been brilliant at picking it up – well done everyone!

Each term we have a belt examination for some of our Warriors and we were delighted to have six of our members achieving their next belt, including two achieving higher grades than they were due to be examined for. A phenomenal achievement, as we’ve only ever had two other students ‘skip’ belts in 12 years of running the Warriors programme. Well done everyone!

Our next term of classes for 5-7 year olds starts on Friday 10th January and we’re currently accepting registrations for new members and returnees.
