There will be two parts for those 5th Kyu and above but part 1 is suitable for all grades from 9th Kyu upwards, so take your chance to train with an inspirational JKS honbu dojo instructor:

Part 1 (General class suitabe for all grades): 2:15-4:15pm
Part 2 (Kumite Masterclass, suitable for 5th kyu upwards): 4:30-6:00pm
